LION INDUSTRIAL PARK is fully integrated Industrial Park developed by PT. SINGA PURWAKARTA JAYA, established in 1999 by PT. LION METAL WORK Tbk.  As of February 2013, PT. SINGA PURWAKARTA JAYA is still in the development stage.

The LION INDUSTRIAL PARK we called KAWASAN INDUSTI LION (KIL) is Located in Jalan Raya Subang km.12,5, Purwakarta, West Java. In the north side of Purwakarta City.

Total Area of KAWASAN INDUSTI LION (KIL) in the first stage is 500,000 m2, in the future will be developed to 1,000,000 m2 - 1,500,000 m2.  The Land is belong to PT. SINGA PURWAKARTA JAYA, has certificate HGB/Hak Guna Bangunan (Right to Build) for 25 years.

KAWASAN INDUSTI LION (KIL) are Planned for all industrial type of Manufacture of Metal and Steel Products, Manufacture of Industrial Machinery , Farm Machinery and automotive parts, Welding Electrodes and Warehouse Equipment and other Building Material Products.

KAWASAN INDUSTI LION (KIL) is located in the foot of the hills, so the original ground level is not in the same level, therefore earth back filling is required and the land is mostly an expansion soils, in some small area content red soils. on the development stages we have to do cut and fill job.
until now we have done about 100,000m2 and 400,000 m2 still continue until the end of this year.

Besides we have already built 1,000 meters of access road, and Box Culvert Bridge Across the Cibayawak River.The construction of infra structure is still continued in line with land clearance and Construction of waste water Treatment.
